Palazzo in Burghausen

Have dined at Palazzo several times. In the beginning the food was very good. Unfortunately the food is getting worse and worse since Corona. My wife always eats Tagliatelle della Casa, the last two meals tasted like they were briefly warmed up in the microwave and there was hardly any sauce in them. There was hardly any bacon in my spagetti carbonara, and the spagetti was very dry because there was hardly any sauce. It seems to me that the chef does not value the satisfaction of the guest. If you point out with the next order that the food was not ok the last time .... If you get the answer, sorry I hope this time it fits. Unpacked and eaten at home. Unfortunately it doesn't fit again. Either there is hardly any sauce, or too little bacon, or it tastes like food that has been warmed up. Or the portion varies a lot.

Nice little Italian cafe. Located on the historic town square of Burghausen. Right on the street, but always very well attended. The cafe is rounded off by cakes and other dishes. Staff very friendly. If Corona allows, I will also be happy to eat a pizza in the nicely furnished restaurant during the cold season.

We were there once and never again (based on the Palazzo restaurant). We had seafood pizza and dumplings (similar to ravioli). On the seafood pizza there was almost no seafood (really extremely sparse, I have never experienced anything like this at a pizzeria), so the taste was of course rather poor. The dumplings also had very little taste and were bland, you could actually only taste the butter in which they were fried. The portion was also pretty well arranged, and based on the taste the price of the dishes was much too high, we've eaten much better elsewhere. We were disappointed, the atmosphere and the food didn't go well together.

There are much better pizzas ... e.g. Antiko Borgo in the old town or Da Claudio.

Very nice iced coffee right in the old town of Burghausen. The ice cream was excellent and the service was really nice! You can also eat pizza and pasta here in the evening. And some other dishes as well.

Super nice staff, super delicious food, super delicious chocolate cake, everything is perfect that's how I would like to visit every restaurant 👍☺️ my friend and I were thrilled!

Service snippy, ice cream tastes like cheap discount stores. Ambience very loud. Coffee was a single broth, the espresso was brown water. The food is ok, but far too expensive. The wines too. There are better restaurants in Burghausen.

Price very expensive for very small portions. Employees wear the masks under their noses, training should be given. You don't need to wear a mask ... 🤬 Very loud busy street if you want to eat something there. There were four of us there, minimum distance at the table, is not taken so seriously. We were also charged something, even though we didn't have it, unfortunately ....

This is the best restaurant Burghausen has to offer. The service, the quality and the selection are sensational. The ice cream parlor opposite also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of quality. Can only recommend everyone to visit the Palazzo, because you will not regret it. I personally recommend the mussels, but everyone to their taste. The ice cream in the ice cream parlor opposite is free from colorants and so delicious that you won't be able to stop. If you really want to feel like a guest, I can only recommend the Palazzo!

Food is very tasty, selection is good. The restaurant wants to stand out from the standard, so the prices are accordingly, which are sometimes a bit too high. The noodles were really great and the price was okay, pizzas are a bit more expensive and don't stand out from others in Burghausen.

Italia at it's best. Beautiful place to be, near Lake Garda. Love this place.

Bad 🙄But the taste is not good and the service is not bad. But I will not go to this restaurant again because I feel you are racist in Asia.

+ perfect location + nice restaurant + Varied selection of food + Place a lot of emphasis on serving well or "eating eyes with principle" - Staff is overstrained and therefore slightly rude - very long waiting times - Food tastes good but value for money is not at all ☹️

Had no expectations to this place 😎 But it was a beautiful decorated restaurant. We ordered carpaccio, munkfish and chocolate ice cream for dessert served with Cappuccino. Everything was tasting and looking absolute fantastic. Thank you Palazzo.

Excellent food, service and price!

In addition to stylish furnishings, the Palazzo convinces above all with high-quality coffee. As a coffee drinker or lover, a visit to the café is actually a must. It can be expected with slightly higher prices. In addition to the clearly too short benches in the back of the restaurant is the reason for the deduction of a star.

Very unfriendly staff, were not allowed to eat there alone, although just a few tables were occupied...maybe the food is fine

Very good Italian, attentive service and great dishes (the bread basket consists of 5 different types of bread, for example). If the restaurant should be full, you can also go over to the "ice cream & edible bar" and have the dishes served there.
